📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory documents,Conduct regular audits and internal controls to ensure financial accuracy,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
