📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Lead the implementation of financial systems and processes, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Manage the payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
• Provide training and mentorship to the accounting team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and international standards (IFRS).
• Certification in SAP or Oracle financial systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the steel industry is a plus.
