📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the in-store experience and drive sales.
• Create and maintain visual displays using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser Manager to develop and execute plans that align with the company's vision and market trends.
• Conduct store audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in visual merchandising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related role.
• Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is a plus.
