📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Bali branch, including stock control and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive sales and meet targets by promoting our products and services effectively.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our brand.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
• Passionate about the retail and consumer products industry.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
