📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Host live social media events, engaging with the audience, and promoting our products or services.,Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints.,Assist in creating and scheduling social media content to support live events.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.,Maintain a positive and professional image for the company on all social media platforms.,Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer service and social media engagement.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or social media roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
