📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and processes.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff on audit procedures and best practices.,Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal audit functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant regulations.
