Bit Central Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team. We are a growing company in the Bontang area, and we are looking for someone who can lead and inspire our team to achieve our goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring that they are productive and motivated. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our company's policies and procedures are followed.

• Ensuring that the team is aware of and complies with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing teams effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Ability to develop and implement training programs.
• Experience in a similar role in a growing company is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
