📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate and aligned with business objectives
• Create interactive assessments, quizzes, and simulations to reinforce learning outcomes
• Develop multimedia content, including videos, animations, and graphics, to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct needs analysis and learning gap assessments to inform instructional design decisions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs and make data-driven improvements
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the professional development of the instructional design team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in e-learning development
• Proven experience using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring tools
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in multimedia production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
• Certification in instructional design or e-learning development is a plus
• Experience working with international clients and understanding of cultural considerations in learning and development
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
