📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance business performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor junior staff to foster a productive work environment.,Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with management to set and achieve operational targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with digital marketing and operations in a digital environment is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
