📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of lab technicians,Ensure all laboratory procedures are conducted safely and efficiently,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs),Train and mentor new lab technicians,Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards,Manage inventory and order supplies as needed,Prepare and maintain detailed records of laboratory activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory work, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations,Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with quality control and assurance processes
