Quick Gold Indonesia is looking for a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development goals.,Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and feedback.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Support the implementation of the company's learning management system and other learning technologies.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them apply what they've learned in their work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other learning technologies.,Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for evaluating training effectiveness.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
