📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant, including equipment and facilities.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
