📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales transactions and achieving monthly sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Assisting customers in finding products and providing product information.,Maintaining a clean and organized retail space.,Promoting products and special offers to increase sales.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall departmental goals.,Participating in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry products up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
