📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process vendor invoices and payments using SAP and QuickBooks
• Reconcile accounts payable and vendor statements
• Monitor payment deadlines and follow up with vendors
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Collaborate with finance team to resolve discrepancies
• Support audits and financial reporting as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
