📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency, and report to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, implementing solutions to improve branch performance.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and training programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
