📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze production costs to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and Excel.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure cost data is up-to-date and relevant.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational decisions.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for production activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Participate in cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Support the finance team in preparing financial statements and close the books.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
