📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR documents.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Good organizational and time management skills.
