Global Leaf Group is seeking a dedicated Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Blitar. This role is crucial in supporting our Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a commitment to fostering a culture of growth and improvement within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Coordinate with various departments to identify training needs and opportunities.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and development.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the smooth operation of training activities.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in the planning and execution of large-scale training events.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with learning and development best practices and trends.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
