📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate marketing events, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including vendor coordination and on-site execution.
• Leverage data warehouse tools to analyze event performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain event documentation, including agendas, schedules, and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management and data-driven marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in event coordination or project management, preferably in the marketing or data-driven industries.
• Proven experience with event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts and experience with data warehouse tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Event Management (CEM) is a plus.
