📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, acute illness management, and preventive care.
• Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, billing, and insurance coordination.
• Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices through continuous education and professional development.
• Promote health education and wellness programs to empower patients with the knowledge they need to maintain optimal health.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure continuity of care for patients in need of immediate attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure to practice medicine in Indonesia, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a family practice setting.
• Certification in Family Medicine from the Indonesian Board of Physicians (or equivalent).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple patient cases efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
