📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support to clients in Bali, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document all technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities.
• Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of technical equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field technical support roles.
• Proficient in using technical tools and software such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
