Sentral Hana Mart is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Nusa Dua. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and tracking.,Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and meet safety and environmental standards.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of company policies and procedures.,Handle vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.,Handle any fleet-related incidents or issues, and work with relevant parties to resolve them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
