📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in office management tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.,Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a comfortable working environment.,Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.,Support the HR department with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documents.,Assist in the organization of office events and activities.,Provide general support to the management team as needed.,Handle incoming and outgoing mail and calls.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office or administrative setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and reliable with a positive attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
