📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the onboarding process for new clinical professionals, ensuring they understand our policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to gather necessary information and materials for new hires.
• Utilize onboarding software such as BambooHR and Workday to streamline the onboarding process.
• Conduct orientation sessions and training programs to familiarize new hires with our clinical environment.
• Monitor the progress of new hires and provide support and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth transition and integration of new clinical professionals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare onboarding.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with onboarding software such as BambooHR, Workday, and Zoom.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
