We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team at Root Bright Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from our office in Kebumen and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements.
