📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Help with employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
  • Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR-related projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
