In this role, you will be responsible for driving our business growth and development strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the tea industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage and oversee the business development team, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the tea industry.,Proven track record of achieving business development goals and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
