📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry is a plus.
