📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
