📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and serving customers.,Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer orders and complaints professionally.,Monitor food inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Assist in training new staff members.,Participate in shift rotations and cover for colleagues when needed.,Maintain accurate records of daily sales and expenses.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for events and special occasions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience in food service or a related field.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
