PT Nagari Kencana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, along with strong leadership and management skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure they are performing at their best and delivering exceptional service.,Monitor and control costs to ensure the restaurant is operating profitably.,Comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
