📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of building and facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage a team of facilities officers and contractors, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality standards are met.,Maintain accurate records of all building and facilities activities, including work orders, inventories, and budgets.,Communicate effectively with tenants, management, and other stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and facilities management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using building management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to building and facilities management is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
