📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
