In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our tax operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing strategic advice to the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance and planning for the company.,Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.,Provide strategic advice on tax planning and risk management to ensure optimal tax efficiency.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.,Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.,Train and mentor junior tax staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Prepare and present tax reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a multinational or large corporation.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
