📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement wellbeing programs and initiatives to promote health and wellness in the community.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide medical services and health education.,Organize health screenings, workshops, and seminars to educate community members on health topics.,Collaborate with local partners and organizations to expand the reach and impact of our wellbeing programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.,Foster a culture of health and wellness within the community by encouraging healthy lifestyles and behaviors.,Provide guidance and support to community members on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in health and wellness to continuously improve our programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, medical services, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of health and wellness programs, and a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with community members.,Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, local partners, and organizations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with local health regulations and guidelines is a plus.,Previous experience working in an international setting is a plus.
