📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.,Analyze cost data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.,Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure cost-effective construction practices.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in construction and cost management.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with experience in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control techniques.,Proficiency in using construction cost management software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.,Fluency in English is required; local language skills are a plus.
