📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.,Inspect and test materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.,Lead and mentor a team of site supervisors and workers.,Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address issues.,Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC and Civil Engineering roles.,Proven experience in leading and supervising construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.,Experience with construction software and tools is a plus.
