📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
- Certification in organizational development or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
