📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in collaboration with the production team.
• Perform routine calibrations and adjustments to maintain equipment accuracy and precision.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plant Technician or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with industrial equipment and machinery, including knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and other control technologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as needed.
