HSE & Quality Engineer

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust HSE and Quality Management Systems (QMS). You will conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and safely. With your expertise in ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001), ISO 9001, and IATF 16949, you will help us maintain our certifications and drive continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE and Quality Management Systems (QMS) that align with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze HSE and Quality performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE and Quality best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HSE and Quality standards are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
• Investigate and report on incidents, near-misses, and accidents to prevent recurrence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE and Quality.
• Ensure that all HSE and Quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE and Quality Management Systems, with a strong focus on ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949.
• Certifications in ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
